Behind the Tools: Meet Jordan
At the heart of JV Service & Repair is a pretty simple story: a guy who loves his family, loves the outdoors, and loves figuring out how things work.
I’m Jordan. I’m a husband to an incredible wife and a dad to two amazing young boys. When I’m not under a sink or diagnosing a control board, you’ll usually find us out in nature. Whether I’m spearfishing or diving in the ocean, hiking a mountain trail, or traveling to new places with my family, the outdoors is where I recharge my batteries.
My path to this started a bit differently than most. San Diego born, I grew up partially in North Idaho and Washington State. I did wildland firefighting as a teenager, and went to college for agronomy (soil and crop science). I worked in agriculture and crop production for fruit crops as well as the wine industry for some time. I also worked in various trades, and my natural drive to build and repair led me to trade school for industrial mechanics – a field I worked in for several years before going out on my own.
Why does this matter to you? Because I look at your home the same way I look at my own. I know how stressful it is when things break. I started this one-man business so I could provide for my family by honestly helping yours. When you hire me, you aren’t getting a random technician who wants to rush through the job—you’re getting a neighbor, a family man, and a technician who genuinely cares about getting the job done right.
Thank you for supporting a local, family-owned business. I look forward to helping you keep your home running smoothly!
