🛠️ Labor Warranty (All Services)
- 30-Day Labor Guarantee: We offer a 30-day warranty on all labor for both appliance repairs and general property maintenance. If the exact same issue reoccurs within 30 days of our service, we will come back out to diagnose and correct it with no additional labor charge to you.
📦 Appliance Parts Warranty
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts: We strongly recommend and source factory-original parts direct from the manufacturer. These typically carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty, though exact coverage lengths vary by brand.
- Aftermarket & Online Parts Policy: We do not offer a warranty on labor or parts if aftermarket, third-party, or generic Amazon/eBay components are used. These parts have significantly higher defect and premature failure rates. To protect your machine, we always prefer sourcing certified OEM parts.
🚫 Specific Warranty Exclusions
- Samsung Ice Makers: Due to well-documented, inherent design defects and ongoing manufacturer product recalls, JV Service & Repair does not provide any warranty on parts or labor for Samsung ice maker repairs. These units suffer from chronic, systemic faults that cannot be permanently resolved by standard field service.
- Non-Appliance Parts: For fixture installations, plumbing components, and general hardware, parts warranties are governed strictly by the specific brand or manufacturer of the product installed, which varies.
